Our Story

Kiki's Kitchen

Kiki's Kitchen was born out of a love for East African home cooking — the kind of food that reminds you of family gatherings, warm kitchens, and shared meals. Founded by Kiki herself, the restaurant started with a simple dream: to bring authentic Swahili and Somali flavours to the people of Kitengela, prepared the traditional way with fresh ingredients and real spices.

Nestled right next to Nairobi Women Hospital in Kitengela, we have grown into a beloved local spot for families, workers, and food lovers of all kinds. From our slow-cooked biriani and fragrant pilau to our signature Xawash fries and freshly made samosas every morning — every dish tells a story of culture, care, and community.
